• VICTORY Project Description

The VICTORY project, or “VIrtual knowledge exchange in primary Care Through effective digital Online couRses for all Young people without borders and barriers”, is an international initiative designed to transform primary care education through digital collaboration. The project includes nine modules, enabling participants to explore real-world challenges in primary care across different healthcare systems.

Partners from Ireland, Romania, Malawi, and Zimbabwe create an interactive online learning environment where students and healthcare trainees can learn through structured modules, simulated cases, and virtual discussions. By engaging over 2,500 learners, the project demonstrates how digital education and international collaboration can break down barriers, support knowledge exchange, and prepare a new generation of healthcare professionals for diverse and evolving challenges.

The project is delivered through collaboration between University College Dublin (UCD), Trinity College Dublin (TCD), Universitatea de Medicina, Farmacie, Stiinte si Tehnologie “George Emil Palade” (UMFST), University of Livingstonia (UNILIA), Mzuzu University (MU), and Africa University (AU).
